Question??

I am currently on the depo shot I am due for my next shot April 17. When I first started the shot I was in my period 3 months straight I finally came off and it’s been almost a year since I had a period but 2-3 weeks ago I started having spotting with slight cramps but and I wasn’t worried because I haven’t been having sex. But I was shocked that I had spotting and it waited this late to come well I never got a full period just light spotting. 2 days ago I had sex and since I’ve had pains in my pelvic area, cramps, clear discharge and I wondering is my period actually trynna come or is this my body way of acting since it’s been a while since I have had sex, or signs of pregnancy but that would be silly right?
