I’ve finally decided
So I have finally decided to cut the carbs out of my life. No more sweets for a while and bye bad foods. From now on I’ll be having fruit smoothies, veggies, and some type of protein to include. I’m tired of feeling unhealthy so I’m making that change. I’ll first start with the diet and see how it goes then later down the road incorporate exercise. Right now I’m 222
And I want to be 150(because I believe I’ll be able to maintain that)
