Early pregnancy hand cramps?!

Question

I know carpal tunnel can be a normal pregnancy symptom later on in pregnancy but is it normal/common to get extremely sore hands this early on?! I’ve never experienced this with my first pregnancy but within the last 24 hours my hands have been so sore! I’m almost 5 weeks.

I have this and also my ring and pinky finger and outer edge of my hands fall asleep when I’m sleeping. Something about compressed nerves. It’s really annoying.

Have you been scrolling on your phone more? Or have you gotten a bigger phone recently? Mine hand has cramped in the past when I was playing a game on my phone too much lol

i’ve had this twice in the past week but it only lasts around half an hour, it’s awful!
