Nursing a toddler: any tips to remove it from nap time
I’m trying to remove nursing from nap time with my 19 month old. I’m 18 weeks pregnant and it’s officially making me sick to nurse. It hurts I cramp and I have actually thrown up.
I have successfully removed nursing from bed time but I’m struggling with nap time.
Turning over and saying “it’s sleepy time” doesn’t work for nap time. Does anyone have tips?!? Please I’m desperate
