So my first cycle of Femara was 35 days long but my progesterone test did come back positive at “14” on 7 DPO. My AF came at the beginning of the month and I started taking 5mg of Letrozole on CDs 3-7.

I decided to start taking OPKs around 10 DPO as instructed by my RE but still not expecting anything until CD 20.

Today is CD 15 and I woke up with a test that was a little darker so I decided to test again this afternoon. What do you know, PEAK!! I’ve never had a cycle less than 31 days long and this would put me at a 29-30 day long cycle.

Does letrozole tend to work better and/or shorten your cycle after a cycle or two?
