WOULD YOU RATHER: criminal conviction

TW (sexual assault mentioned)

In this hypothetical situation the criminals being talked about are rapists and sexual predators.

would you rather:

A: Have a 100% guilty conviction rate (none wrongly convicted, all guilty) but only 10% of the total rapist population are convicted (90% of the rapists go free)

or

B: Have a conviction rate where 50% are truly guilty and 50% are actually innocent, but out of the whole populous of of rapists 99% are convicted (almost all of the total rapists are convicted, but almost the same number of innocent people are wrongly convicted)

remember, this is a hypothetical situation, neither option is ideal, just seeing which one is viewed as more acceptable.
