I need HELP!!

This is my 10 month olds belly button. I had taken her to the ER when I first noticed it was popping out each time she had a bowel movement or cried, it wasn’t like this when it first happened. It was a tad bit red and then I sent a pic to my mom and she called me with worry in her voice to take her immediately because it could be dangerous and that her intestines could pop out. So, it worried me. I took her and the doctor said it was fine; he also said she has RSV. And tonight I’ve noticed it like this and I’m stressing so bad. I’ve taken her already and if I take her again and they tell me the same thing? I’d be paying thousands just for being told “It’s normal”. Has any other mothers experienced this?! Please put my mind to ease because I haven’t gotten no sleep just because I’m up all night making sure shes ok.
