Got my period early??

So this month I made a mistake in the pack. I took everything fine but mistake. I’m taking tri lo marzia and each week are different colors (picture below) and each week there is a different level of hormones for the weeks. So basically I’m taking a norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol pack of pills and every so amount of day I have the ethinyl which is estrogen only and it contains the same level of hormone throughout the month. So on the second week, instead of me taking the Friday of the 2 week, I took Friday of the 3 week. My mom told me since I took that one that night, take the second week Friday the following morning and continue your schedule. And when the day where you took the 3, skip the day because it’s in my system. I wasn’t really looking and I’ve looked it up and people have it done in the same week. And the pill on the third week was the estrogen pill so the schedule was a little out of wack but not to the point where I took the higher level of the norgestimate. I went to the gyno on this past Thursday he said everything is fine no need to worry. Gave me a relief because I had sex but we were safe about it. So I’m on the fourth week now the first day was yesterday and I experience cramps and spotting (brown sorry tmi) which turned into light blood and I started to get the brown on Sunday but not that much just a little towards the night. So I woke up this morning and now I have a lot of blood. So after a long story telling? Is this normal like spotting or breakthrough bleeding into my period because I usually get it on Friday but it’s Wednesday and it fully started today and I spotted yesterday. I’m kinda new to the birth control thing so I’m not sure where I’m at.
