Pregnant?

So my boyfriend and I have sex a lot (hopefully no judgment). I have the nexplanon implant and have had it since August last year but my period still stayed on schedule and was normal once a month. Now my period is a week late and I’m really nervous. What do you guys think?

More than likely it’s the implant throwing off your period. That is very normal, some people don’t have periods AT ALL when they get it and people like me get their period and it stays for 7 months straight. 🙄 Nexplanon is the most effective form of birth control other than not having sex obviously.. I’ve never heard of anyone getting pregnant with it unless it was broken or past the date they were supposed to get a new one. 🤷‍♀️
