Is it true that if you’re having a girl your morning sickness is worse than if you where to be carrying a boy?

Nope. I didn’t get any morning sickness/nausea with my daughter. I’m not sure what this baby is but I’m having really bad nausea. Symptoms don’t mean anything for the gender of the baby.

No. Any pregnant lady can have morning sickness with a boy or with a girl. It's a myth

My first two pregnancies (first one I lost at 24 weeks) second I have a healthy baby boy. I wasn’t sick at all with either of those pregnancies. Both boys! 
This time around I’m only 5 weeks but I haven’t gotten sick yet and I feel completely normal. Hoping for a babygirl but just happy with a healthy baby. We shall see

No, not necessarily. But I actually read from my hospitals Facebook yesterday, that there is something to it. That you can be more sick with a girl because it's often seen you have more hcg when expecting a girl than a boy.
It should according to a study from University of Washington 😊

For me it was true. My first was a girl and i had a typical morning sickness. My second was a boy and the morning sickness came and went but wasn’t as bad as with my first. Pregnant with 3rd now with a girl, the morning sickness was my worst out of all of my pregnancies
