Baby shower dress?

Is this ok to wear to my baby shower? I think everyone expects something brightly colored and floral but that’s just not me. I’m also feeling huge and like that black makes me look a little smaller. I’ll probably change out the wedges for some flats. I have a long blue floral flowy dress I could wear instead but it makes me feel matronly.

You look lovely! You could always wear some big colorful earrings or sparkly shoes if you’re feeling it 🤗 I may wear black also with girly pink earrings.

You need to wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! If you want to “brighten it” you could add a colorful necklace and bracelet. My baby shower dress is royal blue so I also chose a semi dark color because it made me feel better! Sorry I don’t have a standing pic😂 and my son disappears when i sit😳🙈
