Break through bleeding

I just started the second week of my birth control pack and I’ve been on it for about 5 years. I’m having break through bleeding and I don’t know why. I haven’t been late on any pills. I’ve started vaping the last 2-3 weeks pretty much everyday, I’ve read smoking can cause irregular periods and what not but could it be implantation bleeding? I never thought about it but can you have implantation bleeding on birth control?
