my partner and i have relied on condoms during sex but also want to experience it w/o the condoms. i’ve never taken bc so i’m not sure how my body will react to it. my period cramps have been a little more intense than before so i’m also thinking about that. i’m thinking of getting nexplanon? any thoughts/suggestions.

I have had the implant for almost three years. (Get it out in June) The first month I had spotted and then it stoped and haven’t had a period since then.

I love being on the pill. I was on the implant and spotted for 2 years straight, seems others have that issue too, sometimes.

I have the nexplanon and have for almost two months. I’ve also been bleeding lightly for a month but my body is super sensitive to any slight changes in hormones. Like I would be a week late from getting stressed from school. My friend has it and only bled for a couple weeks lightly so it depends on your body. Getting the implant was super easy and definitely less painful than and iud which hurt me so bad I couldn’t continue the process of getting it put in. No pain at all for the nexplanon. And my friends who have it says it works great and they’ve never had any scares with it.
