POTTY TRAINING HELP!?!??

Question

I'm a first time mom and my daughter turned 2 in February. She has gone to the restroom in her potty before. This whole time I thought she was ready but I was just being lazy on it. 
So this week I decided to go full fledge potty training and we'll boyyyyy!!!
Now I don't know if she's actually even ready. Anytime time I mention the potty she throws a fit. She stiffens her self so I can sit her on the potty. The whole time she's on there she's crying to get off. (hysterically) I'll leave on the potty for 5 sometimes even 10mins and then I take her off and not even or almost 5 mins later she goes pee or poop in her pull up. 
She doesn't tell me when she goes or anything. I can just tell. 
I seriously need help or any tips or tricks!?!! 
I'm literally so frustrated and broke down today. She's goes right after she gets off. Then she crys the wholeeeee time on the potty. 
Is she even ready? Me and her dad  are gonna try the whole "prize" things but we'll see. 
I'll try and talk to her and give her my phone but she'll either cry and say she doesn't want it or just cry.
EDIT: She has pooped and peed in the toilet before.

This is turning into a traumatic experience for her. Can you imagine being forced to do something you're not ready for or are terrified of doing? I would stop. Read books to her about it and keep the discussion going. Have it available, but don't put any pressure on her to use it. When she's really ready, it will go much more smoothly.

Shes not ready. Our son did that and then we just stopped and let him relax about it, and then one day he just started getting up on our toilets and going himself flush and everything. He is now almost 3 and fully day potty trained hates pullups and goes poop too. What really helped was we had him go into the bathroom everytime we went

As a daycare teacher who works in a 2/3 year old classroom and potty training children every single day, I don’t think she’s ready. I’d wait until she’s 3 unless she shows signs again before then. Maybe take a story into the bathroom and read with her while she’s on the potty. Gives her the time to sit there and relax. Definitely wouldn’t force it though because then it becalmed something she’s afraid of and won’t want to go.

I think your forcing it on her to soon. She’s obviously not ready. I would give her a break for awhile go back to pull-ups and just try to keep encouraging the potty and talk about it in a positive way and she will eventually become interested in it again. Once she shows interest again make sure you follow through and don’t get “lazy” again lol. My son turned 3 in December and is just fully potty trained now. Every child goes at their own pace and trying to force it is just setting her back and making her think it’s a bad thing that she doesn’t like.

Take a break from it. I would wait about a month and a week or two before start really talking about it, saying “we are going to be potty training” get some small candies like skittles or m&ms to put in a bowl after every potty let her have 2. Make a sticker chart every time she gets to put up a sticker, at the end of her first row let her pick out a toy from a dollar store. Make it a really big deal, but also do it in the way of this is where it belongs don’t let her see if she gets mad she can have “accidents” if that makes sense. Get a big toy like $15 worth that she picks out and have it in the living room where she can see it but can’t play with it and let her know when the whole chart is full she gets her big toy! Just make it a very fun experience! But give her two weeks or so warning after a short break! Just really familiarize it let her go into the bathroom when you go potty etc.

I worked with infants and toddlers for close to 10 years (potty training hundreds of kiddos in that time) and now work with older, special needs children who also need potty training. There's a lot wrong here with your "method". First and foremost, stop taking her every x minutes. There's no need for that and you're clearly stressing her out. If she doesn't have to go then she's not going to magically go. Second, get rid of the pull-ups. There's no need for them and they're pretty much just diapers. Hence why she's not phased by going in them. Going naked is definitely the easiest because will allow you to catch accidents as they occur (so you can scoop her up and take her to the bathroom ASAP) and she herself can feel and see herself having that accident as well. This is really important. Look up 3-day potty training. We did it with our daughter when she was 20 months and she's been potty trained ever since. Take her the bathroom when she's actually peeing/pooping rather than on a schedule. This helps her make the connection between the feeling of peeing/pooping with the act of actually going to the bathroom to go. Third, positive reinforcement (aka "the prize thing" 🙄) is your best friend! You should absolutely be praising her and giving her prizes every single chance you get. It should be common sense to do that. Not some afterthought that you can "try" to do. You should have already been doing it. That's probably another reason why you're not having much luck. If she pees or poops in her potty, even if it's a teeny tiny bit, you should be turning it into a HUGE celebration. Stickers, high fives, hugs, a dance party, treats, etc. Whatever she's interested that you can motivate her with, she should be getting it every single time. Even if she starts peeing in the living room, but finishes in her potty. You praise that! You also should be praising her for staying dry while also reminding her every 5-10 minutes to let you know if she has to use the potty. It's also good to continuously remind her that pee goes in the potty or remind her that her potty is in the bathroom. My daughter has been fully potty trained for 2 or 3 months now and I still remind her from time to time when I can see she's busy doing something. And lastly, STOP BEING SO NEGATIVE. I guarantee you're the reason she's not potty training. You're clearly making it way more stressful than it has to be and that negativity isn't helping anyone. This isn't a stressful, horrible process. It's a teaching opportunity for you and a learning opportunity for her. Keep your home full of positivity and praise. Don't scold her for having an accident or get visibly upset or annoyed by it. She'll feed off that and she won't do it. Half the battle is you.

If she stopped pooping/peeing on the toilet since hard core potty training has started, I would go back to diapers and try again in a few weeks.
If she is consistently going poop or pee on the toilet, I’d keep going with potty training.  Two of our kids were half trainers (one poop trained with ease, the next pee trained with ease).  We were told with half trainers, going back to diapers can sometimes make things worse later....not sure if that is true or not.
Potty training is a journey for sure.

It doesn’t sound like she’s ready. Two is actually going to potty train, many kids (it seems especially girls) don’t actually train until 3 or 4.
