HELP! Purple spot on baby?!

So this evening I noticed a tiny purple spot on my 3 1/2 month old's stomach. It looks like a popped blood vessel so of course I googled it like an idiot and sepsis and meningitis came up. She's had a cold since Sunday night, no fever, occasional cough due to mucus running down throat but acts perfectly happy just really congested. She did have to have her blood drawn Tuesday and after looking at the draw spot there's a dot there too. I'm really freaking out now. Anyone know what this is?!
