Is this implantation blood??

I have been on the pill for about 3 months m. I had sex 2.5 weeks ago (was on my period) and he pulled out but yesterday I noticed some discharge with blood in it and then when I wiped today this was there. Can someone tell me if this looks like implantation bleeding and if I should be concerned that I am pregnant or is this just normal spotting??

First - it's too heavy
Second - it's too late after sex for that
Third - it's a normal side effect of the pill you can read the pamphlet that comes with it and I highly recommend that you do

It’s not to heavy to be implantation bleeding. Everyone is different. My implantation bleeding was that heavy
However, it’s too soon after sex for it to be implantation bleeding

Looks like period. Implantation is pink only lasts three hours

You wouldn’t have that untill an entire month after having the sex to miss your period..
Also not everyone bleeds when they get pregnant
