Anyone else dealing with pregnancy carpal tunnel??

So for about a week my right hand and fingers have been randomly getting tingly and going numb. I told my doctor about it and he said it’s likely due to pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and that it’s fairly common late in pregnancy. Well tonight I woke up to horrible pain in my left fingers and both my hands were tingly and numb. I got up and looked at my hands and my hands and wrists were swollen and my veins looked like they were gonna pop out of my hands! Since waking up to that the pain has slowly been subsiding and my hands don’t look as puffy...but it’s still very uncomfortable! Has this been happening to anyone else?! Im worried I’m gonna wake up in horrible pain every night 🙈 I’m 37 + 5 weeks
