My daughter is two weeks old and I've decided to pump and supplement with formula if needed. But my daughter is still in the hospital (for personal reasons I can't mention) and really needs my breast milk to help her get better and come home. My supply has dropped down. If I pump every 3 hours I only get like 1oz. If I wait several hours then I might get lucky and pump 2oz. I'm kinda new at this since I never did good breast feeding my other kids. I really want this to work out. So please anyone have any good suggestions and what is power pumping exactly? Thanks!
