Amber teething jewelry?

Has anyone tried the amber jewelry? 
I was thinking about ordering an anklet but I wanted to see if anyone’s tried this for their teething baby?

FDA just released a statement calling them a strangling hazard. Another baby just died recently while wearing one while sleeping. I’ve looked into them most are scams and not real amber and the real ones have to be worn consistently for them to be useful. Too risky. It only takes a min.

Mine wears one during the day but I take it off at night and give him teething tablets before bedtime. I think so far his teething symptoms have been mild. Whether that has anything to do with the amber necklace I don’t know but I only use homeopathic tablets and camilia and this has seemed to work so far.

Love ours!!! Works so well. We had no idea our son was teething until we saw the teeth. I use last tense because now he just pulls it off so he doesn’t wear it anymore. 
During the day he would wear it and at night I’d put it around his ankle (he wears footie pjs so he can’t access it).

My nephew teethed terribly. Was always fussy and nonstop crying. His mom finally tried the amber beads and he immediately stopped fussing with them. Will be using when my LO comes.

We used one for our LO. We never knew she had teeth coming in until they popped through. Though it’s impossible to say if she just has a higher discomfort tolerance 🤷🏻‍♀️
