It’s probably just itchy. Yeast infection maybe but if you’re not having discharge I doubt it. Your underwear rubbing on your pubic hair can cause itching too

If you've changed detergent, that could be it. Some people have slight allergies to some detergents, especially if high in fragrance. Especially on ladybits! Try a milder detergent and allow a few days to heal and see if that helps
