Weight loss going off pill

When I tell people I gained weight when going on the pill not many people believed me. And I don’t think that the pill itself made me gain weight, but while on it I had insane cravings. I am in firefighting and have been since last September so I have been training hard but could not lose the weight until I went off the pill. Here’s a before I went off the pill & an after.

I have stopped eating after 8pm & my fire training has kicked my ass, but just an fyi if you are having trouble losing weight!!
