That’s how mine looked last Saturday night. Started to feel menstruales cramps. And buy Sunday afternoon I had my little one :) but everyone is different. Hopefully this is your sign that your near your labor starting.

Labor is still a mystery. I lost my mucus plug over a week ago, I've been having bloody show for the past 3 days including being checked yes
yesterday to find out I've made no progress from the last time they checked me. You never know... 
With my daughter in 2017 I got a sweep and the next day I gave birth on my due date

It could mean it’s close or could mean nothing. I have had this done twice first time worked had baby 3 days later 2nd time the day after baby was due just depends on baby
