How often to you cry?

I wasn’t sure how to setup the options. But I cry maybe once or twice a week. Is this considered normal?

Almost daily at this point. But im a crier. Always have been. Like a crazy emotional roller coaster of a person. The moment an emotion is too much for me whether it be happy, sad, overwhelming, confusing, whatever...I cry. And it happens in a split second so I also tear up and cry out of nowhere for no reason at times too. My poor husband has a lot to handle lol.

I used to cry at least once a week because of my ex, I dumped him and feel a lot better. Now I only cry once a month.

There is no “normal” amount to cry. I used to never cry (maybe once or twice a year. However, I have cried more in the last few months than I have since I was a kid.

Rarely. Used to every day but the new meds i am on make it really hard to actually produce tears even when i feel like crying. I cried last night for the first time in months.

The last time was 2.5 yrs ago when I was holding our sleeping baby humming a song n I said to my partner I just love him so much 😍 before that it was every day while pregnant, no chocolate, uncomfortable etc 😄
