Ear issues!

My friends ear has been hurting for a few days. It’s been swollen and the area from the back of her ear down hurts.

Today she felt that there’s fluid coming out of her ear. When she’s laying down she feels a little fluid in her ear. I used a cotton ball and the fluid looked a bit light green and the ear is swollen thatyou can hardly see the hole of ear canal. And compared to the other side, it looks a bit glossy white inside.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
