Job question

Sorry this isn’t about women’s health or anything but I’m just curious about job application stuff

So I worked for a company from May-July last year and then I had a period when I didn’t work and then I worked November-February (then I quit.)

On a job application, do I put that I worked for the company from May-February even though I had a gap of three months where I was not working?
