I can’t let go of the fear of MC
I’m 5 weeks today. I’m on edge because I’m so scared I’ll have another MC. I find myself going to the bathroom like every 30 minutes to wipe to check for any changes. I’m really trying to relax but it’s hard. My husband says if a MC is going to happen you can’t stop it, and I know he is right it’s just hard to get the thought out of my head. What have you ladies done to help relax and stop worrying so much?
