Could I be pregnant?

Ok so on February 20 I got my drop birth control shot. I have had unprotected sex on February 26, 6 days after I got the shot. I was suppose to have my period on March 1st and it still hasn’t came. Should I be concerned or is it just one of the effects of the shot?

I’m not on birth control cuz I’m trying to get pregnant, but my mom gets the depo shot and doesn’t get a period anymore hasn’t for 4 years now

It’s the side effects from the shot but it depends if this is your first ever shot or your second. The effects start 3 days after injected but I would take a test just to be safe :)
