Tampons

So this is a weird question, but maybe someone has had a similar situation. I got pregnant in 2017 and sadly ended in MC. Well it made my cycles kind of irregular and they seem to be regulating again. I’m just ovulating later, like CD 25-28. And since we’ve been trying again I’ve noticed something that I changed was I haven’t been using tampons any more. Would it be a weird assumption that it could be affecting becoming pregnant? I know that it’s probably not the only issue if one at all. I’m in the clear for everything according to my doctor. So this is just a weird question 😂
