Help! High blood sugar!

My blood sugar is 275 and rising. I just took my metformin, which honestly I usually never have to take. I’m 1dpo and I’m worried this ruined my chances of conceiving. I’ve had little spikes here and there but not this high. I’m a type 2 diabetic. I don’t have PCOS and I don’t take insulin. I’m ttc #2. My daughter was a very healthy and easy pregnancy I’m just hoping to be able to have another healthy baby. I’m worried that I can’t do that again and I’m so scared. I’m shaking and on the verge of crying, I feel like I’ve ruined everything.
