Please help

Okay, so I got my hair colored about 3 weeks ago. Since then, (it felt fine right after the appointment) and two days after as well. Since then, when I shower and let it air dry it is literally greasy and disgusting looking, when I run my fingers through it, it doesn’t go smoothly, and it feels very waxy.

Do any of you cosmetologists recommend anything? My girl is out of the office till Tuesday and I just want my hair back to normal! I feel like it’s so ugly and can only wear it in a pony tail.

*note: I am using Matrix Damage control shampoo and conditioner. I rarely use any other type of product besides heat spray. My hair is somewhat thick. I just want it back to a normal type of look. I’m willing to try anything!*
