Which Do You Use Tampons Or Pads?

When I was 17 my best friend at the time literally got a tampon stuck inside of her. Once she realized it was lost she had to go to the emergency room to get It pulled out. I know that what happened to her is rare, but every since I haven’t been able to bring myself to use tampons. Now that I’m in my mid 20’s I sometimes feel childish wearing pads, but I just can’t bring myself to use tampons anymore.

I’m 23 and I only use pads! Unless I really really want to go swimming. I’d be open to using the cups

Cup is the way to go. Healthier and cheaper.

I use both. I use a tampon at work and after I get home I use pads. This way my vagina has time to relax without the tampons. Idk if that’s true but after I swing a tampon after so long to me it kind of hurts.
