Drugstore Cleanser and moisturizer for acne prone skin?

I’ve been doing research and have decided to try out Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Hydrating Cleanser and Neutrogena hydro Boost Water Gel. I have clogged pores, blackheads in t-zone, and dry skin in t-zone. I’ve tried oil moisturizers that clogged my skin more but helped with dryness and Biore charcoal cleanser but it dried out my skin terribly. I’m on Dove Sensitive bar soap now but it’s slowing my pores to be more clogged. Are those two good for my skin type (combo)? They were recommended by Curology which I’m going to try out.
