he cried.

so i have a first love. we’ve been messing with each other for about 3 years now and always find our way back to each other. we got back together on christmas and broke up recently because i found out he was talking to another girl. i broke up with him a couple of weeks ago and we still texted. but today he came over and he was upset and he said he came to me because i know how to make him happy. and then he kissed me and hugged me, at first i didn’t kiss back i was just in shock because i didn’t expect it and then i kissed back. and he started crying because he thought i would still be mad. but honestly i’m so confused. i love him to death even if we’re not together and i want the best for him. i just don’t know what to do.
