Hello! I’m 21, and weigh about 280ish, I’m 5’9, I used to weigh about 180, and it was perfect for me, I started gaining weight about 3 years ago when my little brother committed suicide, on top of the stress and anxiety from my parents...I need some advice on how! I started Keto a few months back but I just moved out on my own recently and i stopped doing it, my parents would always just tell me what I could and couldn’t eat, so some easy and yummy foods or recipes for Keto diet would be nice , and exercises, advice to losing belly fat!
