Help, I need sleep 😴
Okay so I've been breast feeding my daughter for almost a year now! She made 11 Months on the 12th. Our sleep schedule right now has her napping once to twice a day, depending how long her morning nap is which ranges between an hour and a half to sometimes 3 hours. Now I know you're not supposed to relate feeding to sleep but I've nursed her to sleep since she's born. Well now I don't think I'm making enough milk anymore for her. Just to be clear she has slept through the night only a handful of times. But instead of waking up 2-3 times a night to nurse it's 4-6 times. And I feel like I'm just a binky mostly now. She has never actually taken a binky either, she used to suck her fingers and just recently stopped around the time that she started waking up 4-6 times a night. I have NO problem with giving her formula, but she'll only take a bottle from my mom and she only gives her 2 oz at a time because she spits it out. I think when it's bed time and she's really tired if we try giving her a bottle she'll take it. But any advice or tips are appreciated ðŸ˜ðŸ˜´ðŸ’•
