trouble in paradise

so basically this guy, Tristan, is my best friend and friend with benefits. We were getting along great and all until i found out he had a long distance relationship he didn't tell me about. I was fuming when i found out. He said that she doesn't mind and shit, i talked to her and she actually does mind, alot, not surprised. what do i do? i feel like hes been lying to me about everything.
