Confused!!

Hey beautiful mommies .. we are almost there yay 💃💃.. I hav surgery in two days (c section) but got soar throat, flu , bad coughing few days ago it wasn’t getting better so my doctor told me to start antibiotics and antiallergy med for three days twice a day.. but now who ever I meet is saying that I should not be taking antibiotics at this stage of pregnancy (I am38 wplus 4 days)... 😔 but my doc said I should continue taking it till the day of surgery because this coughing should go away before that..

Is it ok to continue it ? Like I am so double minded now
