I had my anatomy scan when I was 21 weeks, and they were concerned our son was measuring too small. My doctor called me today (I’m now 23 weeks) and said baby is measuring fine but my placenta is too close to my cervix. They want to repeat the ultrasound at 28 weeks.

What are the chances at this far along that the placenta will move up? I’m so terrified of a c section. I won’t have help after birth and I have a 10 year old and a 2 year old to still care for. Plus, I had 3 other ultrasounds including one at the perinatal doctor and nothing was ever mentioned about my placenta lying low.
