Story Time 🥰

Since getting our BFP, my SO and I have been very undecided on a girls name (but have our boys name is place). We have been looking on websites of all kinds, browsing and browsing and never both agreeing on a name.

Well, cut to last night when I discovered the name Zara. I love the name but I don’t know how I feel about the ‘Z’ sound as it’s not easy for babies to learn (I have a 15 month old daughter). My mind instantly thought of Lara instead, and my partner and I loved it! Well, today I saw my lovely grandparents, and when I mentioned the name, my Nan looked at my with a smile on her face and said, “That was what my daughter was going to be called.” Now, this is the crazy part!! My Nan and Granddad had a stillborn daughter at around 6 months, and I haven’t ever been told the name of their daughter. In my opinion, it seems like fate!! And I know some of you may think I’m stupid for posting this, but I just love little instances like these 🥰
