Baby things needed ?

So I’m a first time mama ! 
As I’m currently 21 weeks and 1 day... 
This little guy will be the youngest in my family as my cousin was the youngest which she is 18 now ! 
Wondering what things should I start buying already ? 
I have a full box of newborn pampers already.
Best friend has bought me a playpen with a changer and a sleeper that both can be removed for the baby to use as a toddler. 
What things are necessary and what things aren’t ?

Diapers and wipes are the most important! 
If you are breastfeeding, nipple cream is your best friend. If your not, than bottles and formula. 
Than clothes. Onsies, a couple sleepers, and swaddle blankets is what you will be using from the get go. 
That's pretty much essentials. After those, everything else just makes life a little easier or adds to baby lol.

Along with all that usual stuff something we find a necessity is a noise machine (qe currently use an i pad) helped ke so much with aleep trainimg amd getting the girla to share a room AND we can male noise qithout waking them up too easily.
