Symptom help!!!

Currently 4+4 weeks and I’m experiencing on and off cramps and back aches. Sore nipples and have a full/pressure feeling in my stomach. Is this normal? First pregnancy so just looking for a bit of support🥰

Oh and I cannot sleep properly at alllll!!
