I need help

Last week I found out I have polycystic morphology on my overys and that it will be hard for me to have a baby can someone give me advice on what to do becouse I’m so worried what is going to happend next I have really bad period and I started 3 days ago and it was diffrent then last month it’s really red and not as much as always I’m getting really stressed angry over stupid things and I start crying 😢
