Second trimester tips!

I’m 24 weeks, 5 days and I’ve been feeling so nauseous again starting mid day and lasts until early evening. Sometimes eating more food helps but other times it still doesn’t alleviate the feeling 😩

I’ve also hit the point where I’m not sleeping well at night so I crash around 3 pm and literally have to take a nap.

This is my second baby and my first pregnancy was difficult too but I don’t remember being this tired in the second trimester and definitely had no nausea this late into the pregnancy.

Any tips on how to manage late pregnancy nausea and energy boosting tips?? Even sleep tips!! I have a pregnancy pillow but honestly sleeping on the couch, almost sitting up is the only thing that helps.
