Did you hemorrhage?

I had a very bad hemorrhage, witch resulted in blood transfusion. My doctor says it’ll take up to 6 weeks to feel somewhat better. And basically bedrest, limited outings. 
    What can I do to feel better ? I lost a lot of blood. I had my son on the 20th! So it hasn’t been that long.

I did with my d&c I stayed one night in the hospital and was on bed rest for 3 weeks but we were moving the weekend after my d&c.

I had a hemorrhage but I was never given a transfusion. My iron level was at 6 when I left the hospital they only gave me a prescription for iron pills and told me to eat foods high in iron. I also had to buy laxatives since all that iron was making me constipated. As far as bed rest I couldn’t really rest since I had to take care of my son I just made sure not to get up too fast so I wouldn’t get dizzy. And I had to go to many doctors appointment since my son had trouble with his formula. So it was kind of hard for me to do but I did it

Take iron supplements and iron rich foods.

Yes.  I had a transfusion with my first but not my second.  It takes time but you’ll feel better soon.
