Advice on the Owlet sock or similar product?

Hello I need some advice on the Owlet sock? Or if there is a similar product you’ve used. I am considering buying the Owlet sock, I cannot get any sleep because I am always up looking to see if my baby is ok. 
For the ones who have this product, is it worth it? How long does the sock last for? It looks small. 
Is there a similar that does the same and cheaper?

We loved our Owlet!👌🏾 As first-time parents, it really gave my husband and I peace. There are some less expensive items on the market as well, but the Owlet was great for us.👍🏾 It was worth the money imo.

We absolutely love it! We’ve never had any false alarms before. It’s all about placement of the sock. We charge it during the day and use it all night. It either comes with two size socks or three.

We used the owlet with my daughter and are using it now with my son, who is 3 months.
I love it. Couldn’t feel comfortable sleeping without it. Especially when your baby is sick because you can make sure their OZ level is good.
Worth every penny for the piece of mind.

Our ped and ob are both against the owelet. 
We had a simple breathing / motion monitor, Snuza.

it’s not advised to use it bc of the false signals it gives parents. honestly i wouldn’t bother wasting money on it

Love my owlet. Came with three different size socks. My little will be 4 months Friday and we have been using it since we came home from the hospital. Charge it all day and use it all night.

I spoke to my paediatrician about the owlet and borrowed my friends one to take in and show them. 
They tested it and by the time you get an alert the levels were already critically low. It alerts you much to late. 
Not only that a lot of people get false alarms when baby kicks it off.

You may want to talk to your OB/Ped about your anxiety. They may be able to help you thru it. 
As long as baby is alone in their crib/bassinet/play yard with only a fitted sheet and in their back they are save and chance of sids is so very low. You can look up the AAP stats to help ease your mind as well
