Spotting 7 weeks

I am 7w 1d, have had brown very light spotting would almost describe it as cm . going on 4 days now, its not all day but it has been every day so far. Very light and has not gotten heavier. I have had a successful pregnancy but no spotting with that.... Have Dr appt tomorrow but just wondering what to prepare for? Still have sore breast and some cramping ever now and then, nothing severe. Anyone had anything similar?
