Until Hubby comes home for good news...

I'm baking cowboy cookies! I'm a teacher on Spring break, so I don't have anything else to do until my husband comes home so I can give him the news.... but once he does, we will go straight to track practice (we're coaches).... so until then, I'm baking cookies. I don't know if the news has even hit me yet...

Here's the recipe if any of you ladies want to bake some amazing cookies! Warning: it makes A LOT of cookies. I also refrigerate the dough for a few hours before baking to make them extra fluffy.
