High blood pressure?

My friend is 27 weeks and her blood pressure is 121/78 is this normal? Shes having barely vision and headaches, shes kinda a dumb ass she hasn't seen a dr this whole pregnancy and me being a good friend is worried about her and her son:/  i also don't know what else signs she has only the barely vision and headaches

How does she know what she’s having if she hasn’t been to a doctor? Thats a normal blood pressure, but she definitely needs to go to her doctor for the other symptoms.
