Sternum? How bad did it hurt? If at all?

Sooo I need advice and encouragement because i made an appointment with my tattoo artist to get that

and I’m sooo nervous like I’m on the bigger side and I’m just really nervous. I trust my tattoo artist but like my nerves are getting to me. I have 4 tattoos to far and I’m getting this one and another on April 2nd 
I know everyone’s pain tolerance is different and what not but still

My sternum hurt like a b*tch, but it was 100% worth it. So I’d say be prepared, and go for it!!

My sternum one wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! The worst bit was going out to the edges by my ribs.

My sternum piece was by far the worst tattoo I have. It was extremely painful, my artist would tattoo me between breaths. So worth it though!

I had to cancel my appointment bc my dog got really sick and his vet bill is up too 600$ and he stayed their last night after we took him in on Friday evening. But I will still be getting this I just don’t know when. Thank you all for the input 💛💛

It’s not that bad! I’ve had other tattoos. It just feels like it takes forever. Mine will take another session.

It’s not that bad, it’s just awkward because your laying on your back and that exposes your ribcage more. It does hurt, and you feel like they’re tattooing one spot when they’re actually tattooing another lol. I got mine done in 2 sessions and it’s got way more shading and it’s bigger and I was scared to do it but it honestly was bareable!
