C Section Help!!

Ladies,

My birth story is a rough one, but long story short I had an emergency c section on 2/15. I’m still not fully healed. They were considering cauterizing me again a couple weeks after the section as stitches were opening, but changed their minds.

Well I can count on both hands how many bowel movements I have had since my section and nothing is helping that (I take 4 Colace a day, 2-4 senakot a day, and a dose of miralax a day). And my bleeding has only gotten worse. I’m having blood cots and go through a pad in about an hour. I also have abdomen pain that is tolerable, but it’s definitely there.

Is this concerning? Any advice? Doctors don’t seem to care, but I’m freaking out!
